ARTICLE 5 (1) The hosting provider is not obliged to control the content it hosts or to investigate whether there is an illegal activity.

(2) Without prejudice to the provisions on criminal liability, the hosting provider is obliged to take down the illegal content to the extent technically feasible and to the extent that it is notified of the illegal content according to Articles 8 and 9 of this Law.
